The brief
A high-end bathroom refit — premium fittings, custom tiling, and a full strip-out and rebuild finished to a luxury standard.
The challenge
A luxury bathroom means getting every detail right. Full strip-out, new plumbing and waste runs, underfloor heating beneath large-format tiles, premium sanitaryware fitted plumb and level, and finishing that doesn't show a single imperfection.
How we executed it
Full strip-out back to bare walls. New plumbing and waste pipes routed. Underfloor heating laid and tested. Large-format tiling with minimal grout lines. Premium sanitaryware — wall-hung basin, freestanding bath, rainfall shower, back-to-wall WC. Every joint sealed, every edge aligned, every surface finished.
